Each pose is accompanied by a chronometer that counts down the seconds your child should perform each pose. After the pose is completed, you’ll have to tap on the start button again. Continue doing so until the yoga routine is finished. Yoga for Kids also gives you the option of customizing the difficulty level: easy, medium, hard. You can adjust this parameter to fit your kids’ needs depending on their age.
